Hotel Reservations

Travel and accommodation reservations are handled by each member. Hotel reservations should be made directly through Walt Disney World Swan Hotel, 1500 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830. Phone: 800-248-7926 or 407-934-1853. Use National Arab American Medical Association to get NAAMA group rate. This rate will apply to November 25-29, 2009.

You will be responsible for all room charges. The room rate is: single-double occupancy, $184. Registration rates and room availability guaranteed through October 26, 2009. Rates are subject to city and state taxes. Extra persons are $25 per night. Children under 18 years of age are allowed to stay for free using extra bedding. For those that want to come early and/or stay late, a special rate of $109 per night will be under the code nan25 for these dates: Nov 23, 24, 29, 30. Click here for more details. Please note that all participants over the age of 4 years must register and pay the registration fee. Participants and spouses or guests who wish to earn CME credit must pay the full convention registration fee for NAAMA member (or non-member, as applicable). The registration fee entitles individuals to benefit from the discounted group rate, access to the welcome reception, continental breakfasts, the gala banquet, the scientific sessions, printed materials and coffee breaks.
